Pet Boarding in Arlington, TX

Our boarding facility consists of lodging in our specially designed suites or runs suited for your pet’s size and needs. Meals are provided daily with Science Diet and freshwater is available at all times. Your pet’s quarters are cleaned at least twice daily by one of our animal care specialists and supplied with fresh bedding. Upon dropping off for any boarding or daycare services, please allow for the time to meet with one of our medical staff at check-in while making travel plans or your commute. This will add about 20 minutes to your drop-off. Also, please note that if your pet has medical services while in our care, there will be a medical discharge in an exam room with a veterinarian or a technician, so please make time for that as well when picking up your pet(s). We understand and respect your travel plans and commutes. We identify the need for your time here in advance so that we may assist you in staying on time for your travel, but this also ensures that we know everything there is to know about your boarding pet(s), so we may take the best care of them as possible. We appreciate your accommodations to make sure this happens at drop-off and pick-up as well as your patience. Thank you!

Food, treats, vitamins, or medication can be brought and given to your pet(s) as needed. We also can bathe your pet(s) before going home. For specific rates and services, see our services section. *Note: baths will not be done on Sundays. If you will be picking up on a Monday, please plan to pick up between 4:00pm & 6:30pm at the latest to ensure that they are completely dry, brushed out, and we can coordinate your discharge with a medical team member if applicable.

As an AAHA accredited hospital WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS FROM YOUR HOME for these reasons:

  • Items brought from home such as plush toys and beds can transport contagious bacteria and viruses as well as fleas, ticks, and other parasites into the kennel
  • Items brought from home can contain sharp edges, harmful chemicals, and small items that may be swallowed.
  • Collars could cause strangulation if caught on cage doors.
  • Our standards of a stringent disinfecting procedure using effective chemicals on all items that pets may come into contact within the kennel area.

For your pets’ safety, we recommend you use a leash or carrier while transporting them.

When your pet returns home, please do not let them eat or drink excessively. This common mistake often causes vomiting and diarrhea. Wait at least one hour before giving a small portion of food or water.

For yours and other pets’ protection, all vaccines must be current (Parvo, Bordetella are recommended and a fecal examination is required every 6 months). Your pet must be free of internal and external parasites. Otherwise, we will treat the pet at your expense. Our kennel will not be responsible for personal belongings left with your pet
